AFTER months of speculation, ITV has finally confirmed when the new series of Big Brother will hit the small screen.
And it’s much closer than fans may think.

The show will return to ITV2 on 13 September at 9pm, meaning fans have less than two weeks to wait.
Hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best are returning to the helm for the new instalment, which promises ‘surprises, unexpected twists and game-changing moments’.

The new series will also see the launch of brand new spin-off, Big Brother: The Group Chat.
Airing after the main show, The Group Chat will be hosted by Kate Lawler and GK Barry.

It will feature celeb guests and interviews with evicted housemates.
It comes after The Jattvibe exclusively revealed how ITV bosses wanted to bring back a slew of famous names to surprise the housemates in the next series.
And Chantelle Houghton is one star in talks to make a surprise return to the house.
Chantelle, 42, appeared in the Channel 4 series of Celebrity Big Brother, where she was put into a house of stars and was challenged to persuade them that she was famous.
She managed to pull the wool over their eyes, claiming she was in a band called Kandy Floss, and over seven million people tuned in to see her being crowned the winner.
A source said: “ITV bosses have been tapping up famous Big Brother stars to return to the house from all of the series – and Chantelle was seen as their perfect Channel 4 signing.
“She went into the celebrity house as a civilian, so to send her into the civilian series as a celeb seems like a fun twist.
“Chantelle is larger than life and game for anything.
“Big Brother bosses are still securing famous names to go into the house as guests in residence – and they think it’ll be a brilliant twist.”
