BODIES of up to 30 unborn babies were unearthed in a horror discovery at a family home – as a 57-year-old pathologist was dramatically arrested over the grisly find.
Magdalena H. was detained in Zamość on June 12 after prosecutors launched a bombshell probe into the shocking find in Lutoryż, east of Krakow, Poland.

Cops say the investigation is focused on claims a body was tampered with and dangerous waste was dumped illegally.
These offences could land those involved behind bars for up to 12 years.
The horror came to light when construction workers made the gruesome discovery while digging a driveway on the private plot.
The unborn babies were uncovered by the excavator – sparking panic and an immediate emergency response.

Prosecutors revealed they were first alerted on June 10 after chilling reports of medical waste – including “paraffin blocks and microscope slides” – being discovered on the property.
They said: “Among the discovered debris was a human fetus and other remains that could have been early-stage human fetuses or their fragments.
“Medical experts were dispatched to the scene and confirmed that the recovered remains were those of human fetuses.”
Investigators confirmed the current owners – a young couple – had purchased the plot from a woman working as a pathologist – now at the centre of the probe.
Initial unofficial reports suggested at least 13 tiny remains had been found – but the scale of the discovery quickly escalated.

Later estimates claimed several dozen, possibly as many as 30 fetuses, had been buried beneath the soil, according to Polish media.
Investigators swarmed the site under strict supervision from the prosecutor’s office as the quiet village was plunged into chaos.
Police refused to comment publicly, confirming only that the District Prosecutor’s Office in Rzeszów had taken control of the investigation.
Meanwhile, the once-peaceful neighbourhood was transformed into a full-scale forensic zone.
Police tents, specialist teams in white protective suits and heavy machinery flooded the scene as more remains were uncovered.
Forensic crews wearing masks were seen sifting through the soil around the house, meticulously searching for further evidence.
A table was set up nearby where officers photographed and examined each disturbing discovery piece by piece.
A specialist waterworks truck was also deployed, fuelling fears that drains and sewer systems could hold further evidence.

The excavator used to dig up the soil is now being tested for DNA matches as investigators comb through every detail.
A local revealed the property is now occupied by a young couple who unknowingly began the work that exposed the buried secret.
According to reports, the former owner allegedly admitted during questioning to burying medical waste on the property – as investigators seized medical records and patient files.
Locals described the former resident as unsettling and reclusive.
“I don’t even know what this woman does. I knew her by sight,” one villager said.
Another added the woman, who had red hair, “was a bit strange,” though they could not explain why.
The pathologist is believed to have bought the house two years ago before selling it six months ago to the couple.
Residents said her former practice in Rzeszów is still listed online – but no trace of it now remains.
A man told local media. “I remember that woman, but she hasn’t been here for about five years. She supposedly performed some autopsy here, but I don’t know for sure.”
Investigators are now working on a grim theory – that the doctor buried the fetuses in her garden instead of disposing of them properly, possibly to cut costs.
