THE top nine restaurants across the UK have officially been named as Uber Eats sets out to crown the ultimate winner.
From Italian street food to a burrito bar, a range of cuisines are included in the front-runners.
Uber Eats has officially revealed the nine eateries which have been short-listed for its 2026 UK Restaurant of the Year Awards.
These regional champions will now go on to battle it out to win the coveted top spot.

The delivery service shared that the high-stakes battle is set to culminate in London next month.
As part of the culinary showdown, finalists will face off in a thrilling two-day competition, cooking live for a judging panel headed up by acclaimed comedian Ed Gamble, who co-hosts the Off Menu Podcast.

And while only one restaurant will claim the top prize of £100,000, every regional champion will walk away with a £5,000 cash injection and a bespoke Uber Eats UK growth package.
Punjabi-style restaurant chain Shimlas is included among this year’s regional champions.

And multi-award winning fried chicken shop Gurt Wings, based in Bristol, has also been short-listed for the honour.
Also on the list are the Australian-born chicken enthusiasts at Coqfighter, located in Central London.

Jinseon Korean BBQ in Coventry and Italian street food eatery Piatto in Glasgow are in contention as well.
And hot chicken restaurants Ragin Bird in Leicester and Nashville Cluck, based out of Liverpool, also feature on the short-list.
The final two spots go to London eateries Junglees and Brorritos.
