A BRITISH supermarket chain is launching a premium meal deal for just £5.
The stand-out items include Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Caesar salad, a Beef Birria Wrap and Mozzarella & Pesto Pasta salad.

Asda is launching the new mains as part of its Exceptional range which they are labelling their “luxurious lunch”.
At just £5 for a premium main, snack and drink, the meal deals are cheaper than Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Co-op, which each cost around £5.50.
A spokesperson for Asda said: “We are committed to delivering outstanding value on the products people buy the most, including over 700 products in the biggest Aldi Price Match on the market and our own-brand value lines.”
Asda started selling meal deals in September last year at just £3.74.
Impressively, they have managed to keep them at the same low price even as other supermarkets’ meal deal prices shot up.
For a normal Asda meal deal, there are 132 different mains to pick from.
Meanwhile, the new range new range features 17 indulgent mains “inspired by trending flavours and deli-quality recipes” – all available as part of a meal deal including a main, snack and drink.
There are salads, deli sandwiches, wraps, sushi and poke dishes to choose from.
The bold new exceptional beef birria wrap is another highlight – packed with smoky British beef, crunchy fresh veg and served with an authentic birria dipping gravy.
Asda’s Exceptional range premium meal deals are coming to stores on Monday, May 18.
