And former Leeds chief Marsch, 52, was spotted celebrating wildly when Qatar defender Homam El Amin was sent off in the first half.
The scenes resulted in some on social media comparing the Canada chief to Pardew, who famously danced in the dugout when Crystal Palace took the lead against Manchester United in the 2016 FA Cup final.
One said: “Stench of Alan Pardew off of Jesse Marsch.”
