In the clip, Marinakis is seen walking down VIP steps in a white T-shirt before locking eyes with Dimitriadis and leaning in as if to speak.
Seconds later, he appears to strike him across the face, triggering an immediate response.
Dimitriadis then appears to throw a punch back as stunned spectators look on, before security and aides rush in to separate the pair.

The two men continue shouting at each other from either side of a barrier as order is slowly restored.
Marinakis was later seen with a ripped shirt and visible bruising near his right eye following the altercation, which also reportedly involved Olympiacos vice-president Kostas Karapapas in a heated exchange.
The confrontation comes after years of strained relations between Marinakis and Dimitriadis, who has been linked to Greece’s so-called “Greek Watergate” spyware scandal, in which allegations emerged that politicians and journalists were allegedly monitored.
Sources have told The Jattvibe that the incident was likely part of a long-running dispute between Marinakis and Dimitriadis.

The source said the relationship deteriorated after publications owned by the footie chief published a series of articles critical of Dimitriadis’ conduct while working for the Prime Minister.
Dimitriadis resigned as PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis’ general secretary in 2022.
Earlier this year, four people were jailed in connection with the case, although no government officials were ultimately charged.
Dimitriadis is the nephew of Mitsotakis and has been a central figure in one of Greece’s most high-profile political scandals.

Marinakis, meanwhile, is one of Greece’s most influential and controversial businessmen, with major interests across shipping, media and football.
He founded Capital Maritime and Trading Corp, owns Alter Ego Media, and controls clubs including Nottingham Forest and Olympiacos.
He has repeatedly faced legal scrutiny over the years, including allegations in 2012 relating to pressure on a referee and an alleged arson attack on a bakery owned by the official involved.
Marinakis has denied wrongdoing and was later acquitted in 2021.
He was also linked in 2018 to a separate drug trafficking investigation but was subsequently cleared.
The extraordinary courtside confrontation now adds another explosive chapter to a long-running feud that has spilled far beyond football and into Greek political life.
