The legendary trio linked up 50 years on from the much-loved 1970s show’s premiere.

Jaclyn Smith, Kate Jackson and Cheryl Ladd reunited at the Peacock Theater in LA.
The three defied their age on the main stage of the 78th Emmys on Monday night.

Jaclyn, 80, looked elegant in the seafoam-green Monique Lhuillier gown she first wore to her son Gaston Richmond’s 2023 wedding.
The floor-length dress featured a flowing silhouette and delicate draping, giving the longtime fashion icon a glamorous, understated look. She even addressed the decision to rewear it, joking that “if Princess Kate can repeat an outfit,” so can she.

Kate, 77, who rarely does public events, opted for classic Hollywood glamour in a sophisticated black ensemble, keeping her look sleek and elegant for the milestone reunion.
Cheryl, 75, looked effortlessly polished in a sophisticated black-and-white look, pairing a dark tailored silhouette with statement detailing that gave the ensemble a touch of old-Hollywood glamour.
It was one of the highlights of the iconic awards night, which celebrated their 50th anniversary.
The last time the Charlie’s Angels went on the Emmys stage was back in 2006, two decades ago.
That had major behind-the-scenes drama, coming 30 years after the first episode aired in 1976.
“It was pretty emotional,” Smith, 80, told USA Today of the reunion back then.
The original three Angels, Smith, Jackson and Farrah Fawcett were all invited to the Emmys that year.
They came to pay tribute to producer Aaron Spelling, who died in 2006.

“The Emmys would be the first time we’d appeared on television as a threesome since the late 1970s,” Smith wrote in her book.
There was then some backstage drama over a reluctance to do a rehearsal, sparking a bust-up.
That was then rectified, despite claims producers wanted to cut members out, and rewrite speeches.
However, the Angels did walk out to the show’s iconic music hand-in-hand, before more drama unfolded.
Smith’s speech was not on the teleprompter, causing chaos, but thankfully she had memorized her lines.
Original Angel Fawcett died at the age of 62 in 2009.
Ladd linked up with Smith and Jackson for this 50th anniversary tribute.
She joined the show in its second season in 1977 as Kris Munroe, the younger sister of Fawcett’s Jill Munroe.
Fawcett left the series as a regular, with Ladd becoming an Angel across the next four seasons.
That was until the program’s 1981 finale.
