AN ICONIC beauty brand is set to open a new store today after collapsing into administration.
The well-known chain collapsed last September, in a move which saw all of its 147 stores close.
Bodycare is coming back to high street after it collapsed last year
But Bodycare is slowly making a return to UK high streets, in a welcome boost to shoppers.
Two stores across Sheffield and Derby have already opened, and a third site in Highcross Leicester is set to open today, Saturday, September 5.

Highcross’s centre director, Michelle Menezes, told Leciester Live: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Bodycare back to Highcross.
“Fans of the brand will notice a new offering in its Bodycare Studio concept, made up of creator spaces and a live broadcast studio that reflect exactly where high street retail is heading and the direction of travel we are hoping to take the centre in.

“What makes this homecoming even more special is that we are welcoming back some familiar faces to the store team from Bodycare’s previous time with us.”
The brand has been revamped and will now sell a range of trendy K-beauty products and feature its own piercing studio.
On its website, Bodycare has officially revealed the locations of its 17 new stores, stating they hope to open 15 in the space of one year.
Almost all the locations are based in the North and Midlands regions, including Leicester, Northampton, Bradford, Leeds and Wakefield.
Bodycare started as a market stall in Lancashire back in the 1970s.
At its peak the store had almost 150 sites across the UK, with the store a favourite with shoppers looking to score beauty products at a discount.
