A CREEPY cruise ship lifeguard has admitted to having sex twice with an underage girl in his cabin, police said.
Guatemalan lifeguard Rafael Cayetano Blanco, 38, was cuffed as the MSC World America liner docked at port in Miami.

The accused pervert is now being held on an immigration detainer.
Blanco told cops that he exchanged numbers with a 17-year-old passenger on August 16 – the first day of the cruise.

He admitted that the pair then returned to his cabin to have sex, according to a police report.
She returned to his cabin again three days later and they had sex once again, cops said.
After confessing to both incidents, Blanco was charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
The 38-year-old remains locked up on an immigration hold.
The mega cruise ship can carry more than 6,700 passengers and 2,100 crew.
It set sail from Miami on August 15 before making scheduled stops in Honduras, Mexico and the Bahamas, according to Cruisemapper.
MSC said in a statement: “On discovery of a breach of conduct by a crew member and an alleged criminal act, we immediately contacted the relevant law enforcement authorities.
“We fully supported the investigation and provided every assistance to the guest.
“The crew member concerned has been dismissed.”
It comes after a 25-year-old creep allegedly tried to take pictures up a 13-year-old girl’s dress on a a Royal Caribbean liner.
Matthew Stilwell, 25, from Illinois is accused of trying to take the pervy pictures in a gift shop on the ship.
The teenage girl noticed Stilwell “standing unusually close behind her with the camera application on his cellphone”, according to a police report seen by WPLG.
She told cops he tried to snap a picture at least three times before she ran over to her mum.
Authorities boarded the ‘Allure of the Seas’ when it returned to Port Everglades in Florida, and checked CCTV.
Cops said they found security footage corroborating the young girl’s version of events.
Stilwell allegedly confessed to investigators, but his admission was redacted in the report.
He has since been charged with voyeurism and is currently being held at the Paul Rein Detention Facility in Pompano Beach.
