A DOGWALKER was left horrified when a creep pulled down his trousers and put a carrot up his bum at a nature reserve.
The woman was alone on Two Tree Island, near Leigh-on-Sea in Essex when she spotted Tim Meehan stood on the other side of a small hill.
She left as she felt “frightened” but came across the 49-year-old again – this time on the main path, Essex Live reports.

“He then put it [the carrot] in his bum.”
Basildon Crown Court heard a second witness had told Meehan to put his trousers back on.
District Judge King said there was a suggestion the creep “may have been intoxicated”.
Meehan, of Westcliffe-on-Sea, pleaded guilty to outraging public decency.
The judge told him: “You pled guilty to this straight away. That means your sentence will be reduced.
“A judge will take into account your early plea.
“Before a sentence is imposed there will be a report prepared by the Probation Service. I will adjourn the case for that.”
Meehan will return to court in November for his sentencing.
Two Tree Island is a popular nature reserve spanning 257 hectares sitting adjacent to the Thames Estuary.
