If you have carpet car mats, give them all a good brush to loosen up any embedded dirt, then vacuum away any leftover debris.

Use a dry one for dusting and a damp one for wiping down seats and interiors.
Then wash them and they will be ready to reuse for your next clean, so you’re not shelling out every time.
SCENT-SATIONAL FINISH: Give your car a scent boost by making your own air freshener.
Cut a small square of paper or card, spritz with a few sprays of your favourite perfume or aftershave, and pop it in your door pocket.
Another easy way to make your car smell great, is with a wooden clothes peg.
Just add a few drops of essential oil to the peg and leave it to dry.
Then clip it to your car air vent and it should help your car smell great for weeks.
