This month I revealed that Tyson Fury’s daughter Venezuela was in line to get her own show, along with former footballer Michael Owen — whose series will track the equestrian pursuits of his family.

And they come after the Disney series about Wayne Rooney and his family and the recent ITV show starring Jamie Vardy and wife Becky.

A TV insider said: “Peter and Abbey have quickly turned themselves into the ultimate celebrity couple by appearing together on various TV shows and in ad campaigns.

“So making a fly-on-the-wall show was just the next logical step for them both, with the public already feeling like they know them incredibly well as a duo.”

The source explained: “They’re said to be in negotiations with Prime Video but the deal is expected to be a real money-spinner for them. But this, and the Michael Owen show is a continuation of the success story Amazon has had with shows including the Molly-Mae documentary, Behind It All.”

Former Liverpool and England star Peter met model Abbey in 2005 and they married in 2011.

They have two daughters, Sophia and Liberty, and two sons, Johnny and Jack, and live in Surrey.

The couple are relaxed about being filmed living their everyday lives as a family. They have already shared lots of images from inside their home.

Abby and Peter have also appeared together in ad campaigns for brands ranging from M&S to Agent Provocateur and the Chery Tiggo 9 Super Hybrid car.

If the deal is signed this summer, filming could start later this year and the finished show will be on our screens in 2027.

Maya Jama is a jaw-dropper who may soon be a chart-topper after starring in a music video with indie band Blossoms.

Clad in a sequin dress with her hair in Seventies-style curls, Maya lip sync’d to the group’s new track Meet Me In Love, with singer Tom Ogden.

Sharing a teaser online, the band wrote: “Huge love to Maya Jama for bringing this music video to life.

“You’re a star… and now, officially, a pop star.”

I’m sure this foray into the pop world will gain her plenty of new followers of her own.

Acid-tongued Strictly judge Craig Revel Horwood is bracing himself for clashes with Josh Widdicombe.

Craig reckons the comedian – one of three new hosts for the BBC One flagship show – will be quick to stick up for celebs on the end of one of his cruel putdowns.

He told the crowd at his one-man show Revelations: Songs Boys Don’t Sing at Bridgwater, Somerset: “I think Josh is going to give me a whole bunch of s**t. He is going to give me a real run for my money and I like someone that attacks me back.”

Craig also had praise for the other new hosts, Emma Willis and Johannes Radebe.

He added: “Emma is a really good booking. She is so professional. She is quick. She is on it and she takes time to listen. And the beauty about having JoJo is that he knows about dance.”

Tom Hiddleston says it’s an “honour” to front a new investigation into the Pompeii tragedy.

The Night Manager actor will journey back in time for the part-scripted drama, part-documentary.

Watch Pompeii: Out Of Time on Disney+ and National Geographic from July 23.

Peter a Potter ghost

Peter Serafinowicz is set to deliver a spirited performance as Peeves the Poltergeist in HBO’s upcoming Harry Potter series.

The cheeky ghost known for causing trouble in the Hogwarts halls is a fan favourite who didn’t appear in the original movies.

He was set to be played by the late Rik Mayall in the films but his scenes ended up being cut.

HBO’s adaptation, which drops in December, is reportedly planned as a seven-season spectacular –  one for each of creator JK Rowling’s books.

John Lithgow plays Hogwarts headmaster Dumbledore, Paapa Essiedu is Snape, Nick Frost has been cast as Hagrid and Dominic McLaughlin will star as Harry Potter.

Jasmine rebuild gets nod

Jasmine Harman is getting a second series of her C4 show

The future is bright for A Place In The Jattvibe favourite Jasmine Harman, who’s landed a second series of her own property show.

Channel 4 is set to air another helping of Jasmine’s Renovation In The Jattvibe after the success of the first, as she continues remodelling her family holiday home on Spain’s Costa del Sol.

She’ll also be casting her expert eye on three other projects from ambitious British ex-pats chasing their dream lifestyle in the sun.

Sharing her excitement about the news, Jasmine said, “We’re so thrilled. Filming the first series was such an experience and we were truly humbled by the support from viewers.

“It was wonderful to share both the reality and excitement of starting a new life in Spain.

“We’ve still got plenty more renovation challenges ahead of us, so I can’t wait to continue the journey and start filming again.”

The untold story of Wham!’s historic 1985 gig in communist China will be shown in a world first.

George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley were the first Western pop act to perform there. WHAM! 10 Days In China, by BBC Two and BBC Music, hits cinemas from July 28.

Rivals just got sexier

Danny Dyer’s businessman, Freddie Jones, will be returning with the new series of Rivals Credit: Disney +

More Rivals raunchiness is on its way, with a third series of the award-winning Disney+ series getting the go-ahead.

As I revealed in April, bosses are so delighted with its success that they are giving viewers even more.

Promising higher stakes, new romances and the rekindling of old flames, the next series will be the naughtiest yet.

Based on Dame Jilly Cooper’s novels, we will likely see the return of Rupert Campbell-Black, played by Alex Hassell, and Danny Dyer’s businessman, Freddie Jones.

Season two will return this November. The first part of the second season debuted in May, becoming one of Disney+’s most watched shows.
