A BELOVED bodybuilder and Navy veteran has died aged 40 – just weeks after telling fans to “stop taking life for granted”.
Dwayne Quamina, known as “King Q”, passed away suddenly on Jattvibeday.

The cause of death is not yet known.
The famed muscleman served in the US Navy for ten years before becoming a bodybuilder in 2016.
