Almiron, 32, was in action for Paraguay in a crucial World Cup clash with Turkey at the Levi’s Stadium in San Francisco.

But the winger didn’t spend much time on the pitch as he was sent off in the first half’s third minute of stoppage time.
A heated scuffle ensued shortly before the two teams were sent back to the dressing room.
