EX-FULHAM striker Carlos Vinicius suffered spot-kick horror with three penalty misses in just six minutes.
Vinicius, 31, has been piling in goals since leaving the Cottagers to join Brazilian club Gremio last year.

But his trio of efforts from 12 yards in Wednesday night’s Copa Sudamericana clash with Chilean side Palestino were anything but clinical.
Vinicius first stepped up in the 11th minute with the opportunity to put Gremio 1-0 up.
He nonchalantly struck the ball to the goalkeeper’s left, with Sebastian Perez making an excellent save onto the post.
Perez was then penalised for stepping off his line too early and the spot-kick was ordered to be retaken.

Up stepped Vinicius again – this time in the 14th minute – and although he went for the other corner, Perez again turned it onto the post at full stretch.
Things then went from unusual to outright crazy as a second retake was ordered for exactly the same reason.
Surely Vinicius, who scored eight goals in 52 games for Fulham, couldn’t miss a third time?
But that is exactly what happened – the ex-Prem marksman slipping a la John Terry in the 2008 Champions League final and firing his shot down the middle.

Perez dove to his left but still managed to make the save with his feet in the 17th minute.
And those bonkers moments proved crucial as the Group F clash finished goalless.
One fan wrote on X: “If they had any shame, they wouldn’t even come back for the second half.”
Another posted: “I’ve never seen a f***ing thing like this lmao.”
A third said: “I don’t recall any similar sequence pulling from memory.”
And a fourth chimed in with: “No player in the world should be allowed to take a third penalty after missing two.”
