Violence erupted again at Lovely Professional University (LPU) in Phagwara on Jattvibeday evening, with students allegedly pelting stones at police personnel from inside the campus.The incident took place around 8 pm, when tension escalated on the university premises. It urged students, parents and members of the public not to believe or circulate unverified information.The LPU advised students and parents to rely only on information communicated through the university’s official channels.
