While the doctor was slightly taken aback by Gemma’s frankness, he maintained his professionalism and asked more questions before discussing the next steps.
Viewers of the documentary get to see Gemma as a step-mum to Rami’s son, Tristan, and hear the former Towie star discussing her dream of becoming a mum herself.
But people watching will also witness the other difficulties the couple face in their relationship and subsequently plans to have a baby.
In one episode, the couple row over Rami’s drinking and him coming home drunk on an evening when Gemma was cooking him a romantic meal.
The next day, Gemma goes to look at a potential new home for them in London, only to be told by Rami over the phone that he has moved out of her Essex pad, leaving her in tears.
Since the scenes were filmed earlier this year, Gemma and Rami’s relationship has got back on track and they still plan to marry.
Gemma Collins: Everything All At Once is available on Sky and Now from today.
