GREGGS is bringing back a “legendary” bakery item this autumn that was scrapped seven years ago as part of its latest menu shake-up.
New menu items also include autumnal hot drinks, new sandwich picks and tasty sweet snacks.

The seasonal menu debuts on September 3, featuring a host of warming pastries and cosy sweet treats in time for some much-needed cooler weather.
Back by popular demand, pastry lovers will be excited to know that the Steak and Stilton Bake is returning to the Greggs menu for the first time in seven years.

The “legendary” baked good features the Greggs classic fluffy pastry packed with diced beef cooked in rich gravy, blue Stilton cheese and grilled onions, finished with a black pepper crunch and retails for £2.50.
As part of the menu shake-up, the bakery giant will also be launching a Buffalo Chicken Baguette, stuffed with buffalo-style chicken mayonnaise, mature cheddar cheese and red onion with prices starting from £4.10.

Fans of this sandwich will also love the Buffalo Chicken Pizza Slice, serving up the same ingredients on a focaccia-style base, available from £2.70.
Anyone looking for a hot and indulgent lunchtime treat can sample the new Chicken and Pepperoni Pizza Toastie.
Served between slices of white sourdough-style bread, the sandwich retails from £3.80 and is made up of chicken in pizza-style sauce, mature Cheddar cheese and pepperoni and topped with a creamy béchamel sauce and grated mixed cheese.
With the cooler months soon upon us, Pumpkin Spice season has returned, with both the Pumpkin Spice Latte and its iced counterpart back on the drinks menu this autumn.
The autumnal beverages are now topped with a new salted caramel drizzle and prices start from £2.85 for the hot drink and £3.35 if you opt for iced.
To complement the seasonal drinks, shoppers can pick up two new sweet snacks from £1.50, a Pumpkin Spice Doughnut or a Bonfire Toffee Muffin, both stuffed with fillings and finished with tasty toppings.
Customers not quite ready to say goodbye to summer can enjoy an expanded range of iced drinks with a trio of sweet treats: Iced Caramel Chocolate, Iced Mocha and Iced Chocolate.
Both the mocha and chocolate start from £2.85, while prices for Iced Caramel Chocolate begin at £3.45.
The nine menu items will be available in Greggs stores nationwide and via Click & Collect on the Greggs app.
Shoppers signing up to the app for the first time will receive a free drink too, ideal for trying one of the new menu items.
