Megha Sharma, currently seen in Saajan Ghar, says her definition of happiness has evolved over time – moving away from big achievements to the quieter, everyday joys of life.“For me, spending time with family, having a quiet cup of chai, or just slowing down after a long day makes a difference,” she says. “These small things often get overlooked, but they really matter to me as they help me unwind.”Her approach to fitness has also changed. “Earlier it was more about appearance, but now it’s about how you feel – whether you have the energy to get through your day and feel mentally strong,” she explains.Megha prefers to keep things simple, especially when it comes to food. “Home-cooked food is important to me. We grew up with that and it kept us healthy,” she says, adding that she avoids blindly following trends without understanding what suits her body.With busy schedules and increasing screen time, she believes small habits can make a big difference. “Short breaks, moving around during the day, or keeping your phone away before sleeping can really help. You do see the results if you stay consistent,” she notes.For Megha, happiness is not something to be chased in the future – it’s already here in the present. “Don’t wait for something big to feel happy,” she says. “It’s already there. You just have to notice it.”
