HARRISON Ford revealed his impressively ripped physique aged 83 as he biked around LA in skin-tight Lycra.

The Star Wars and Indiana Jones legend looked in tip-top shape for the sunny cycle ride as he changed on the roadside.

Harrison strapped on a backpack and helmet, and popped in some Airpods before setting off on two wheels.

The Han Solo actor’s figure has been helped along by trainer James Milnes, who has worked with Harrison for 40 years.

It’s no vanity project, with the basis of the workouts designed for preventing injury.

He told Men’s Health: “I believe in training for injury prevention more than anything else. I’m an old fart and I need to protect myself.”

The star prefers activities like tennis and cycling to gym sessions, and his India Jones and the Dial of Destiny co-star Mads Mikkelsen described him as a “monster of man” on account of his long-distance rides while working on the blockbuster.

Harrison is also a pescatarian, telling Ellen DeGeneres that he was “bored of eating meat”.

The octogenarian has found the right balance in life, allowing himself the odd treat in-between workouts.

Back in May, he launched his own Scotch whisky — aptly on Star Wars Day, May 4.

His limited edition single malt whisky was crafted in collaboration with Glenmorangie’s director of whisky creation Dr Bill Lumsden.

It came a year after he visited the Scottish distillery as part of an ad campaign.

Harrison said earlier this year: “We tasted many casks together on our search for a Glenmorangie that would speak to my taste.

“Truth be told, I liked a lot of them – but the Glenmorangie Harrison Ford Limited Edition is everything I want in a whisky.

“I’m immensely proud of our creation. I hope you enjoy it. I certainly do.”
