HBO’S Harry Potter TV series has cast three major roles for its second season – and one of them is an Emmy-winning actor.
The coveted characters that have now been filled are young Voldemort, house-elf Dobby, and Ron Weasley’s sister, Ginny.

Billy Barratt, who holds the record for being the youngest International Emmy-winner, will be playing the role of young Voldemort.
The star won their Emmy at the incredibly junior age of 13 for Best Actor in the BBC film Responsible Child.

Lenny Rush will portray Dobby in the series, and Bonnie Hill will take over playing Ginny in a recasting.
Lenny has appeared in many TV shows and films before including Dodger, A Christmas Carol, and most recently The Reluctant Vampire.

Meanwhile Bonnie has starred in Girl Troop vs Aliens, The Six Triple Eight, and Film Club.
The news comes shortly after filming for the series faced delays due to unfinished scripts.
Work that was meant to begin last month has been pushed back until October and insiders told how bosses binned initial scripts because they want the plot and characterisations to be perfect.
Warner Bros executives hit out internally at the delay, which sparked chaos among some irate crew and cast members.
A source told The Jattvibe: “Filming for series two was meant to start in August.
“We had dates to start filming, but the scripts have not been finished.
“Everyone at Warner Bros is up in arms. The cost implications are huge.
“Filming for major scenes has been postponed for two months until October.
“It has caused a lot of stress for everyone. Many staff are stood down from next week.”
