ROY KEANE blasted Will Osula’s “ridiculous” Michael Jackson-style celebration after the Newcastle youngster scored in the Toon’s 3-1 win over West Ham.

But even the Manchester United legend could not help complimenting the striker’s dance moves.

Osula netted Newcastle’s second goal of the afternoon, before launching into an elaborate celebration complete with MJ-inspired footwork and a white glove.

The 22-year-old busted out a series of slick dance moves in front of the jubilant home support at St James’ Park.

And while the Newcastle fans loved every second of it, Keane was left less than impressed in the Sky Sports studio.

The Irishman fumed: “It’s unbelievable, it’s ridiculous.

“I know we want young players to enjoy it and you scored a goal or whatever, but to do all that after a really poor season.”

But even Keane admitted the youngster had some rhythm.

He added: “It’s not a bad little move, don’t get me wrong.”

That line sent Micah Richards and television presenter Mark Chapman into hysterics before Keane delivered another no-nonsense verdict.

He joked: “He can move, the kid, but time and a place – he can do that in a nightclub tonight in Newcastle.”

Fans online absolutely loved the celebration, with one writing: “He is a good dancer as well.”

Another criticised Keane: “Classic Roy Keane energy — anything fun from William Osula gets turned into criticism instead of just letting players enjoy a goal.”

A third joked: “Roy Keane judging his dance moves is the real highlight here.”

With just one game remaining, Newcastle sit 11th in the Premier League following a campaign that many believe has been well under par.

The Magpies will now be looking ahead to next year with hopes of delivering a much stronger season.
