THIS is the horrifying moment a man plunges from a fourth-floor balcony – but escapes death by crashing into the cop car sent to chase him.
Dramatic footage shows the 31-year-old scrambling to cling on before his fingers slip and he plummets towards the pavement, smashing into two balconies on the way.

He even spun 180 degrees mid-fall to meet the ground head first in the Argentinian port city of Rosario.
But the man’s terrifying drop on Tuesday at 2:30pm was blocked by a police car parked beneath the block of flats.
Screams of “no, no, no” accompanied the bang of his body hitting the vehicle.
The unnamed man, who was barefoot and wearing just shorts and a T-shirt, was rushed to hospital by ambulance.

Medics confirmed he had suffered multiple injuries – including a head injury and a fractured arm.
He is now hooked to a ventilator in the intensive care unit of Clemente Álvarez Emergency Hospital.
But the man may have died were it not for the car which blocked his fall – a cop car called to the apartment block after reports of a row which the man was reportedly involved in.
Local media initially speculated that he was a burglar, but he was in fact a resident of the building.
He was swinging from the balcony for several sickening seconds before he could hold on no more.

It is unclear how the man ended up hanging outside the balcony but investigators believe he may have been on drugs.
One witness told a local paper: “We thought there’d been a bus crash at first when we heard a loud bang.
“It was only when we looked out over the balcony that we saw there was a man on the ground”.
Another told TV station Telefe Rosario: “If the police car hadn’t been there I’m sure he wouldn’t have been alive now.”
One social media user dubbed the survivor the “miracle Spider-Man.”
It comes after the heart-stopping moment that a toddler plunged from a third-floor balcony after his dad left him alone to buy cigarettes.
The two-year-old boy dangled helplessly from a balcony whilst onlookers gasped in horror.
His grip faltered and he plummeted to the ground.
Luckily, quick-thinking from witnesses saved the day and the boy was caught in a makeshift safety net.
