He has been running better than his form figures suggest and he was well backed at Hamilton last time. He likes decent ground and should be right there in an open race.

HOLLOWAY BOY (4.00 Pontefract, nb)
Ran a really nice race when beaten half a length in the Summer Mile at Ascot 15 days ago. This is a drop in class from that contest and he should be able to make his quality tell. Fast ground suits and Karl Burke continues in decent form.
SONYOURASTAR (5.42 Uttoxeter, treble)
Ran well in fourth on handicap debut at Perth earlier this month. This slight drop in distance looks a wise move under Sean Bowen and the handicapper has left his mark alone which gives him a chance.
