Adam was crowned the winner of I’m a Celebrity South Africa last week following a public vote, but his big moment was overshadowed when his cast mates David Haye and Jimmy Bullard took aim at him.
After the chaotic live final, Adam was left in tears revealing the enormous toll that the fall out had taken on him, saying he just wants it all to “go away”.
Now it seems Adam is in a much better place and in higher spirits.
Taking to his Instagram, the soap star uploaded a clip of him beaming to the camera as he celebrated all that had come true on his vision board.

Adam opened up about becoming sober after making a pact of no drinking with himself, beginning the video he said: “ In my family at the beginning of the year we each did a vision board each and this is mine.
“A few things on here that I’m really proud of. On here I’ve got no drinking. Since January I’ve quit drinking. I say quit drinking. Has it been perfect? No. Have I made huge changes? Yes.
“Just feel so much better for it. Everything has just thrived because I’ve cut down alcohol and it just wasn’t serving me a purpose anymore and that’s one thing that I’m super proud of. No drinking.”
This is not the first time the star has gone sober, back in 2023 Adam quit alcohol alongside his brother Scott.
After two failed attempts prior, the soap star failed to maintain his sobriety for the third time but is now giving things another try in 2026.
The campmate went on to reveal that he will be fulfilling his dream of appearing on the front cover of Men’s Fitness magazine.

He continued: “Number two was I wanted to be on the front cover of a fitness magazine.
“Never in a million years ever thinking that it would happen but it’s actually happening people. I’m going to be on the front cover of Men’s Fitness. Me.
“But the funny thing is like it’s not even necessarily really about the picture. It’s about everything that I’ve done in between. Lifestyle that I’ve created for myself.
“Someone who’s like really struggled with the body pretty much all the life to to be on the front cover of Men’s Fitness magazine with their top off. Like it’s mad to me that.”
Adam also touched on new exciting new developments with his sauce brand Oh My Glaze, which he has created with his friends, even teasing some exciting news about the company.
“Number three is Oh My Glaze. At the beginning of the year. I said that this year was going to be the year of Oh My Glaze.
“Oh My Glaze is a sauce that me and my friends have been working on now for quite some time. For years in fact. Only now are we finally getting credit that we deserve. It doesn’t get bigger than this.
“I’m going to be one of those guys that says you know I’ve got some really exciting news but I just can’t share it with you right now. That’s me. I’m so sorry.
“I wish I could. I promise you will find out sooner or later. Oh My Glaze. Watch this space people. It’s happening.”
Ending the video out with a sweet statement, he said: “If you are thinking about doing a vision board go and do it guys. They actually work.”
He accompanied the inspirational video with the caption: “There were moments I wasn’t sure any of this would happen.
“But staying focused, staying positive… it’s starting to pay off. Grateful for this year so far…and we’re just getting started!! Stay happy people, stay positive!”
The post was met with floods of support and well wishes from fans in the comments.
Adam’s I’m a Celeb co-stars echoed the same sentiment, Gemma Collins penning: “You got the world at your feet (heart emoji).”
