KING Charles has picked out a special gift for his eldest granddaughter, Princess Charlotte, as a souvenir from his trip to Northern Ireland.
At an event with local business owners, Charles was given a sweet beaded bag charm for Charlotte by jewellery business Empower Flower.

He gladly accepted the gift, reportedly telling owner Rachel Rose: “Thank you, she will love that.”
Charles, 77, and Queen Camilla are on an unannounced three-day trip to Northern Ireland.
The monarch stopped off at a skills learning hub in Belfast yesterday to meet local business owners.
As well as chatting with young learners, he also accepted the candy-coloured accessory for 11-year-old Charlotte.

“I wanted to give back after experiencing some dark times myself,” jewellery maker Rachel told Hello! Magazine.
“I’m trying to encourage people to come off their phones and use their hands to create some magic.”
Her brand makes fun bracelets, charms and accessories for children, made from vibrant plastic beads.
Charles also met with potters, robot creators and teddy bear makers at the buzzing event in Belfast.

Rachel posted a clip of her interaction with the beaming King on Instagram, writing “I’ll genuinely never get over this moment”.
She added: “So thankful and honoured to have been chosen to showcase Empower Flower Workshops as part of the 50 years celebrations of King’s Trust today in W5 Belfast.”
The charm is certain to be a hit with the young princess when her grandparents return from their three-day trip.
She previously made a bracelet herself for dad Prince William inspired by the trend linked to Taylor Swift’s Era’s Tour.
The beaded blue and green bracelet included round white beads spelling the word “Papa” in gold.
Charlotte has also begun to wear thoughtful pieces of jewellery to mark significant occasions, following in the footsteps of her mother, Princess Kate.
At Trooping the Colour last year, she sported a diamond horseshoe brooch which was a gift from the late Queen.
The sartorial choice was a touching tribute to her great-grandmother at the ceremonial pageant.
Charlotte has also retained her more youthful taste in accessories, spotted wearing a Pandora charm bracelet at Wimbledon last summer.
The year before, she wore an adorable pair of bubblegum pink RayBan sunglasses to the tennis tournament.
Yesterday evening, Charles and Camilla continued their tour of Northern Ireland with a garden party at spectacular Hillsborough Castle.
Charles spoke with military personnel and guests from the voluntary and charitable sectors on the second day of the trip.
Today, he spent the morning with volunteers, gardeners and growers, at Ards Allotments in County Down.
The King has long been a vocal champion of farming and sustainability, and farmer Maurice Patton set up the allotments inspired by Charles’ work.
At the allotments in Newtownards, he also met the Loughries Men’s Shed Ukulele Ensemble.
Charles was pictured laughing with the band and strumming away on a ukelele.
The plucky monarch enthusiastically had a go on the stringed instrument, also watching a performance by the ukelele ensemble, which brings men together to create community.
Some examples of their repertoire include classic ditties Give Me Oil In My Lamp and What Will We Do With The Drunken Sailor.
Meanwhile, Camilla met with staff and volunteers at a nearby women’s shelter.
She heard stories of the charity‘s vital work to help those facing domestic abuse.
