LOVE Island’s Tyrique Hyde and Gogglebox’s Joe Baggs have broken their silence after being announced as part of the new Aftersun panel.
The sun revealed today that the Aftersun panel will consist of five former Love Islanders and Ex Gogglebox star Joe.

The sun revealed today that the Aftersun panel will consist of five former Love Islanders and Ex Gogglebox star Joe Credit: ITV
After it was revealed that Shakira Khan, Yas Pettet and Toni Laites were the new hosts of the show’s podcast, we announced that they would also be on the Aftersun panel, alongside three other stars.
Joining the trio, will be former islander Casey O’Gorman, Tyrique and Joe.
Breaking his silence on the news, Joe took to Instagram and said: Being a panellist on my favourite show for the second year running is the most insane feeling!

Posting on his account Tryique said: “Being a part of the Love Island Aftersun panel three years after coming off the show is a moment in my career I’m proud of.

Shakira and Toni may be an unsurprising choice considering their podcast gig, but Tyrique is arguably more controversial.
Tyrique ruffled feathers earlier this year when he publicly pursued Samie Elishi just weeks after she won the All Stars version of the show with Ciaran Davies.
The pair subsequently split and Samie has been with Tyrique ever since.
However, the star also interviewed a myriad of former islanders on his live stream videos, meaning he’s well equipped for the job.
Podcaster Joe is also no stranger to the series and has interviewed several former islanders on his show, Not My Bagg.
One of his interviews was even played at the All Stars final earlier this year, and Joe has worked with ITV in the past on shows such as This Morning.
He has also appeared on the Aftersun panel before.
While Shakira, Yas, Toni, Tyrique, Casey and Joe make up the brand new panel, they won’t all appear on every episode of Aftersun and are thought to be rotating each week.
