Littler was asked before the main event if he had a prediction for the all-British heavyweight showdown.
And the Nuke had no hesitation in backing Dubois to get the job done.
He said: “I’ve said Dubois by knockout all the way.

And it was Dubois who produced real fireworks, becoming a two-time heavyweight world champion on a night destined to be remembered as one of the best boxing shows ever held on British soil.

Canelo Alvarez will be hoping to make a comeback after his defeat to Terence Crawford, while Dave Allen will also be looking to get back to winning ways against Filip Hrgovic.
A whole bunch of British stars could also take a leap into superstardom, with the likes of Moses Itauma, Hamzah Sheeraz and Adam Azim ready to join the very top of the sport.

Littler was also jokingly asked whether he fancied having a “little run around” on a Misfits Boxing show.
He laughed: “Ah, maybe, maybe.”
The heavyweight star battered Wardley to claim the WBO crown, surviving a brutal war that saw him knocked down twice – once in the opening ten seconds and again in the third round.
And Littler was blown away by what he had just watched.
He said: “That’s probably one of the best heavyweight fights you’ll ever see.
“That was just unbelievable.”

And the darts superstar called for a massive blockbuster rematch between Dubois and Anthony Joshua.
He said: “Yeah, the rematch or if Dubois can fight AJ again and AJ will get his revenge.”
Dubois won his first world title knocking out AJ in Wembley Stadium in September 2024.
With AJ’s 2026 calendar already featuring a July bout against Kristian Prenga and a massive year-end showdown with long-time rival Tyson Fury, the fight the Nuke is calling for will have to wait until 2027.
