A MAN has been charged with attempted murder and burglary after a woman was rushed to hospital suffering from serious stab wounds.
Terry Langley, 49, from Walsall, Staffordshire, has also been charged with attempt to cause grievous bodily harm with intent, burglary with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and burglary of a dwelling with intent to steal.

He is currently in police custody and due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on July 6.
On July 3, a woman suffered serious injuries in a stabbing on Hawthorn Drive, Norton Canes.
She is in a serious but stable condition in hospital.
A spokesperson for the Staffordshire Police said: “A man has been charged with attempted murder over a stabbing in Norton Canes.

“Terry Langley, aged 49, of Walsall, has been charged with attempted murder, attempt to cause grievous bodily harm with intent, burglary with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and burglary of a dwelling with intent to steal.
“He remains in police custody ahead of an appearance due at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre tomorrow (Monday 6 July).
“It comes as a woman suffered serious injuries in a property on Hawthorn Drive, Norton Canes, on Friday (3 July).
“She remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital.”
