Tielemans’ report date was pre-agreed when United triggered his £35m move from Aston Villa after his World Cup exit.
United are next in action against Atletico Madrid in Sweden on Saturday.
They then face pre-season matches against Paris Saint-Germain, Leeds United and Milan.
Lammens is unlikely to feature against Atletico, with Tom Heaton, Radek Vitek and Dermot Mee all receiving minutes between the sticks in United’s opening friendlies against Wrexham and Rosenborg.
