However, there has been controversy surrounding the first goal with the ball apparently hitting the spider-cam in the build-up.
Fifa‘s snicko technology did not spike and the goal was allowed to stand rather than the play being stopped.

“Nobody thought we would come this far, so I’m super proud of the team.
“Congrats to England… and the referee.”

Fifa released a statement confirming that the snicko technology was in use during the incident.
It claimed that there was no spike and no evidence that there was a touch between the ball and camera.
The statement read: “Before England’s goal in minute 45+2 against Norway, the sensor in the Connected Ball showed no peak in the ‘heartbeat of the ball’ when in the air, and therefore no evidence that the ball touched the overhead wire and changed the movement of the ball.”
Therese was not the only Norweigian to share their displeasure with the officiating on social media.

Erling Haaland’s dad, Alf-Inge, also sarcastically congratulated the referees after the match.
England were also denied a penalty in extra time after VAR intervened following a tussle between Djed Spence and Oscar Bobb.
Therese has a huge fan base on social media and often shows off her retro United kit shirt collection.
Her collection includes shirts with Eric Cantona‘s name on the back as well as a mid-2000s version with Cristiano Ronaldo on it.
As she travels the world and has been on holiday in Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia and fans love seeing her updates.
