Rashford, 28, did not feature in the practice game yesterday with the rest of the subs against Sporting Kansas City which the Three Lions won 5-1
All players have been given a day off to spend time with their friends and families who have travelled to Kansas.
The England manager will hope that Rashford’s discomfort is not too serious and he will be able to train later tomorrow.

Rashford, who replaced Gordon in the 72nd minute, delivered an explosive performance in a much better second half display and he ended the match on a high with the goal.
It was his 19th goal in 73 appearances, but it was his first strike in nine international games. Later on, after the game, he suffered pain in the hamstring/glute area.
The team have now been given the day off with Tuchel keen for players to relax with their families.
Some players have decided to spend time on their own at the team hotel, though, as they look to prepare for the second match which could see them clinch qualification.
