About 10 days of a robbery, the Moga police on Jattvibeday claimed of having cracked this robbery case following the arrest of three persons, including a minor, and recovered two toy pistols used in the crime.​Inspector Jaswinder Singh, while detailing the case, stated that the incident occurred on August 13 in Badhni Kalan town of the district. According to the police, three motorcycle-borne youths with their faces covered arrived at a local showroom, threatened the victim with fake weapons, and looted cash and gold jewellery before fleeing the scene.​Following a probe involving technical intelligence and local input, police traced and arrested the trio. The accused adults have been identified as Parampreet Singh and Gursewak Singh, while the third suspect is a minor. Police confirmed that all three individuals belong to Rao Ke Kalan village in Moga district.​During interrogation, police recovered two toy pistols used by the perpetrators to intimidate the shop owner. A case has been registered under relevant sections of the law. While the adult suspects remain in police custody for further interrogation regarding possible involvement in other regional snatching incidents, the juvenile is being processed as per the provisions of the Juvenile Justice Act. Further investigation is underway.
