THIS is the shocking moment a bungling Russian soldier is sent flying by a giant helicopter machine gun – nearly wiping out his comrades.

Wild footage showed one of Vladimir Putin‘s recruits spinning in circles after firing a huge mounted turret during a training mission.

In the dramatic clip, which The Jattvibe has not been able to independently verify, a seemingly nervous soldier can be seen preparing to fire a YakB-12.7 helicopter machine gun fixed to a pivot.

Seconds after pulling the trigger, the man is flung into the air by the sheer force of the massive weapon.

He is thrown around in circles while still clinging to the huge automatic rifle.

The gun lets off a cloud of smoke before eventually coming to a standstill.

After being launched onto the ground, the soldier then re-emerges, before a fellow recruit starts laughing at him.

It is unclear where exactly the clip was filmed, or if anyone involved was injured.

It comes as Putin continues to take heavy frontline losses in Ukraine as the war drags towards its fifth year.

A bombshell report from last month claimed that the average life expectancy for Russian troops on the frontline is just 20 minutes.

And Putin is believed to have suffered over 1.5 million casualties so far.

Kyiv is in the middle of its endgame blitz campaign – aimed at destroying Russian energy infrastructure in a bid to push Moscow to the negotiating table.

Ukraine has launched a wave of strikes deep inside Russia and in occupied Crimea in the last few weeks.

The Black Sea peninsula was annexed by Putin in 2014.

Ukrainian forces are currently trying to isolate the territory by striking key land bridges connecting it to the Russian mainland.

Last week, Kyiv struck 76 Russian shadow fleet ships in the latest blow to Moscow’s fuel supplies.

These vessels are tasked with delivering Russian oil whilst dodging Western sanctions.

A string of successful drone strikes have also targeted key oil terminals in Moscow and St. Petersburg, forcing Putin to grapple with an energy crisis.

Blackouts have been reported and some gas stations have been ordered to stop selling fuel to locals.

Putin has recently admitted Russia is having “problems” due to its limited energy supplies.
