The driver waits for around 10 seconds then reverses before accelerating and smashing into the wall a second time.
Parts of the car were left behind among rubble ripped from the damaged pub building and scattered across the road.

Witnesses previously said the carnage erupted moments after a man, believed to be the driver, was thrown out by a doorman following a disturbance inside.
A man in his 30s, thought to be the bouncer at the pub, was understood to be rushed to hospital after the crash with injuries to his leg and arm.
Following the incident, Finn was arrested and charged with attempted grievous bodily harm with intent and dangerous driving.
He has since admitted dangerous driving and damaging property while being reckless as to whether life was endangered.

However he denied the more serious charge of damaging property with intent to endanger life, which the prosecution has now dropped.
The 18-year-old had been due to stand trial at Canterbury Crown Court next month.
But at a hearing this week, prosecutor Ben Wild told the judge that the Crown Prosecution Service had reviewed the case and decided it was “not in the public interest to proceed” with the allegation, reports Kent Online.
Mr Wild said: “The matter has been thoroughly reviewed, including in light of the recent psychiatric report on behalf of Mr Finn.”
Prosecutors asked for the charge to lie on file.
Defence barrister Stephen Nelson said medical reports already obtained on Finn’s behalf were unlikely to change before sentencing.
Mr Nelson added that further information from the prison regarding Finn’s current state of health could be sought but that the existing psychiatric report was clear enough for the court to use.
Judge Simon Taylor KC ordered a pre-sentence report and fixed sentencing for November 5.
He told Finn: “You’re not going to have to have a trial now, and so that’s good news for you.
“You must comply with any directions that the probation service give you because they want to interview you, so I want to know a bit more about you before I proceed to sentence.”
Finn has been remanded in custody until the hearing, and Judge Taylor added that any time spent behind bars before sentencing will count towards any custodial term eventually imposed.
