A MONSTER has been jailed after strangling his girlfriend to death then leaving her body for her three children to find.
Charlie Jeans, 31, was heard shouting “I’m going to f***ing kill you” following a row with Samantha Murphy.

He then murdered the 32-year-old in her home by throttling her with force that was so significant it was “impossible” for her to defend herself.
Jeans “selfishly” fled to throw Samantha’s keys and mobile phone away – leaving her young daughters to find their mum’s lifeless body on the sofa the next day.
He has now been jailed for life with a minimum of 17 years after he pleaded guilty to murder midway through his trial.
He will be eligible for parole in 15 years and 357 days because he has already spent 373 days in custody.

A judge said Jeans will “find the prison regime more difficult” because of cognitive issues he suffers – including autism and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder.
Portsmouth Crown Court heard Jeans had shown anger and jealousy towards Samantha during couple’s “toxic” one-year relationship.
The mum became so concerned for her safety she invoked Clare’s Law, which enables people to ask the police about a partner’s history of violence or abuse.
On June 4 last year, the pair had gone to the pub but got into an argument when they returned home.

At around 12:20am, Jeans messaged his mum, telling her: “I’m going to prison for a very long time I love you.”
He was captured on doorbell footage leaving the address at 1:40am before going into hiding for four days until his arrest.
The following day, Samantha was discovered by her two daughters, aged 11 and nine, along with her seven-year-old son and their dad.
Speaking outside court today, Samantha’s family and friends said, “Today, we have secured justice for our beautiful Sammie Jo.
“Sam was a kind and loving daughter, sister, and mother. To me, she was my best friend and sidekick.
“To her sisters, Louise & Jodie, she was a deeply beloved friend and baby sister. Her contagious laugh lit up every room, and she was adored by all who met her.
“Above all, Sam was a fiercely devoted mother to her three young children. They were her world. We are united in our promise to give them the love, care, and support they need to thrive. We will ensure they grow up knowing exactly how much their mother adored them.
“From the beginning, we were determined to see justice done. Reaching this milestone allows us to focus entirely on celebrating Sam’s life, and we will never allow the light she brought to us all to be forgotten.
