The US Navy is enforcing a blockade on Iranian ports and the Strait of Hormuz amid the Iran conflict.
US General Dan Caine said 34 ships have “made the wise choice to turn around” so far at the American blockade.
Another tanker, Helga, docked in Iraq to take on crude oil on Friday, one of just a few to make it through the strait since both the US and Iran effectively blocked it.
It emerged yesterday that the US has also deployed its Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) to join the blockade, becoming the third aircraft carrier in the region amid a fragile ceasefire.

It comes as Donald Trump cancelled crunch talks with Iran after the rogue nation made a last minute offer to the US.
Speaking to reporters, Trump said Iran had made an improved offer just minutes after the White House called off plans to send envoys to Islamabad.
“They gave us a paper that should have been better. And interestingly, immediately when I cancelled it, within 10 minutes we got a new paper that was much better,” Trump said.
Desperate negotiations were planned this weekend in the pursuit of a permanent peace deal – but the American blockade of the Strait of Hormuz has taken its toll.
Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner were set to go to Pakistan to met with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Islamabad.
But the Iranian delegation left the Pakistani capital today claiming that no further rounds of talks were planned.
Washington and Tehran are reportedly at an impasse with no agreement yet reached on nuclear enrichment, security guarantees or the Strait of Hormuz.
