Sadly her latest husband Lee Andrews has failed to show up for her once again, both physically and emotionally.
It seems to be the latest in a string of relationships which have often followed a familiar pattern: intense attraction, emotional loyalty, public drama and eventual disappointment.
What’s striking is not that she keeps choosing the wrong men, but that she continues to believe she can rescue, fix or transform them through sheer force of love, loyalty and resilience.
Where romance is concerned Katie gives men the benefit of doubt.

Maybe Lee does have cash issues, she frequently comes back from the brink of bankruptcy, but she genuinely believes that while he may – like her – made the odd financial mistake, she can help him come back from that.
She will not want to think he has deliberately scammed anybody, just slipped up or made an error of judgement but with the best of intentions.
He was clearly attracted to her quickly, didn’t seem to judge her for past relationship or personal issues and they connected physically immediately.
She needed another fresh start and he was the right person at the right time in her eyes.

Her fans and followers have followed her life for 30 years.
They feel invested and don’t want her to keep repeating past mistakes.
She is loyal to them and her men, she struggles to see the truth until it lands hard.
It’s a question of trying to ‘save’ these men and she hasn’t yet recognised that many are beyond saving.

Katie has survived extraordinary personal and public adversity.
That level of emotional survival can create a powerful belief that if you fight hard enough, things will work out.
But resilience can become a weakness when it turns into denial.
The warning signs in some of her relationships have appeared obvious to outsiders long before they’ve been acknowledged by her.

We take a look back at the highs and lows of Katie Price’s relationship history.
1996-1998: Katie got engaged to Gladiators star Warren Furman – aka Ace – with a £3,000 ring. But their relationship didn’t make it as far as ‘I do’.
1998-2000: Katie described Dane Bowers as ‘the love of her life’ but she broke up with the singer after he allegedly cheated on her.
2001: Footballer Dwight Yorke is the father of Katie’s eldest child Harvey. He has had very little to do with his son throughout his life.
2002: Rebounding from Dwight, Katie famously had one night of passion with Pop Idol star Gareth Gates, allegedly taking his virginity.
2002-2004: Katie was dating Scott Sullivan when she entered the jungle for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!. He threatened to “punch Peter’s lights out” when chemistry blossomed between her and Peter Andre.
2004-2009: The jungle romance resulted in Katie marrying Aussie pop star Peter. They had two kids, Junior and Princess, before their bitter split in 2009.
2010-2011: Fresh from her break-up with Peter, Katie enjoyed a whirlwind relationship and marriage with cage fighter Alex Reid. They split 20 months after their Las Vegas wedding.
2011: Katie briefly dated model Danny Cipriani… but it ended as quickly as it begun.
2011-2012: They didn’t speak the same language, but Katie got engaged to Argentinian model Leandro Penna in 2011. He later fled home to South America.
2012-2018: Wedding bells rang once more after Katie met Kieran Hayler in 2013. They eventually called it quits after a rocky marriage.
2018-2019: Katie moved on quickly with Kris Boyson. They had an on-off romance for one year and even got engaged. They split for good in 2019.
2019: Katie was linked to Charles Drury during her on-off relationship with Kris. Charles, who also dated Lauren Goodger, has always denied being in “official relationship” with her.
2020-2023: Car salesman Carl Woods took a shine to Katie in 2020. Their relationship was up and down for three years. They broke up for a final time last year.
2024-2026: After weeks of rumours, Katie confirmed her relationship with Married At First Sight star JJ Slater in February 2024. The pair split in January 2026 after two years together.
2026: Katie shocked fans when she revealed she had married Dubai-based businessman Lee Andrews after a 48-hour engagement and only knowing him a week.
Part of the problem is that Katie doesn’t make decisions in isolation.
She lives in a world where family opinions, fan reactions and constant public scrutiny all become background noise influencing her choices.
When you are permanently surrounded by voices telling you what to do, it becomes harder to trust your own instincts.
Sometimes people in highly public lives begin responding emotionally to the immediate comfort of support around them, rather than the long-term reality directly in front of them.
There is also an undeniable pattern of Katie being drawn to emotionally intense, larger-than-life personalities.
Calm, stable and dependable can feel unfamiliar or even underwhelming to someone used to chaos and adrenaline.
Drama can start to feel like passion.
And in this latest relationship, where she married within weeks of meeting, Lee seems to show that her choices are being made with increasing recklessness and detachment from reality.
Men like Lee present as adoring and non-judgemental.
Katie gets drawn into that and believes that this time it will be different. Sadly, it never is – but her kindness and naivete allows her to keep making the same mistakes.
I’d love to gently counsel her on changing these toxic behaviour patterns which come from a diminishing sense of self-esteem.
What keeps happening is not stupidity or blindness.
It is a complicated mix of optimism, emotional dependency, public identity and a deep desire to feel chosen and protected herself.
Ironically, for someone seen as so strong, that vulnerability may be exactly what keeps letting the wrong people in.
