A PERV passenger groped a sleeping woman sat beside him on a flight before returning to give her a creepy note, allege court records.

As the unsuspecting woman dozed off, the man reportedly began trying to slide his fingers beneath the victim’s clothing.

The stomach-churning alleged assault was reportedly caught on camera by two horrified passengers on the Swiss International Air Lines Flight LX64 to Miami.

Guillaume Sebastien Roger Mattler, 48, was sat beside the 29-year-old woman in a first-class cabin when the disgusting violation unfolded, according to court docs.

“Witness 2 observed Mattler moving his hand in a ‘submarine’ motion, as if trying to get his hand under the Victim’s clothing and/or between her legs,“ an FBI Special Agent wrote in an official statement seen by the New York Post.

As the passenger became “very concerned”, he alerted the cabin crew who rushed to the scene of the reported crime, noted the statement.

The witness allegedly saw Mattler with his hand on the stranger’s “crotch, over her jeans, making a scooping or rubbing motion on her vagina”, the records state.

Guillaume Sebastien Roger Mattler has been charged with one count of abusive sexual contact, according to a federal criminal complaint.

The woman, who did not know Mattler, had no idea of the alleged assault occurring as she slept, according to authorities.

Only when an air hostess told her of the horrifying alleged incident did the young woman begin shaking and crying.

In a further sickening twist, the accused returned to his seat and handed the victim a note which said: “you look beautiful when you are sleeping”.

Despite the chilling message reportedly given to the woman, the Frenchman claimed “nothing had happened” on the flight.

Only when confronted with video evidence of his heinous alleged crime did he reportedly confess that he “touched the woman sitting next to him and that he did not think it was such a big deal”, according to court docs.

He added that he had “only” touched the woman’s lower back and buttocks, court docs claim.

But when investigators pointed out that witnesses had spied him rubbing her genital area, he allegedly said that “he touched whatever he could reach from across the armrest”.

Mattler returns to court today after his first hearing last week.

Authorities hope to lock him behind bars for being a danger to the public.

It comes as an air stewardess is reportedly groped mid-flight last month before the shameless perv is dragged off the plane.

The shocking alleged incident left passengers horrified as the man reportedly claimed his actions did not “count as sexual harassment”.

The accused allegedly said he merely “lightly patted” the cabin crew member on the flight from Malaysia to China last month.
