Customers have been urged to stop using the product immediately and to return to stores for a full refund.

The waterbottle’s spout can detach from the lid, creating a small, loose part.

If this occurs when it is being used, the spout may block a child’s airways and cause them to choke.
TJ Morris has urged customers to stop using the bottle immediately, and to keep out of the reach of children.
It should then be returned to the nearest Home Bargains for a full refund.
