A MASSIVE 6.4 magnitude earthquake has shaken Japan just one week after a huge tremor sparked a tsunami and megaquake warning.
The quake rocked Hokkaido, Japan’s northernmost main island, around 11 miles west of the small town of Sarabetsu.

Striking inland at 5.23am on Monday, the depth of the tremor has been estimated at 50 miles.
So far there have been no official reports of casualties or damage to infrastructure from authorities.
Unlike the previous quake, Japan’s Meteorological Agency has not yet issued a tsunami warning.
