The title hopefuls had the advantage after Jeremy Doku broke the deadlock on the brink of half-time.
But two goals in quick succession from Thierno Barry and Jake O’Brien turned the match on its head.
Barry extended his team’s lead with nine minutes of normal time to play, but Erling Haaland got one back from kick-off just moments later.
Everton almost saw out the win, but Doku curled home a brilliant strike with the last kick of the game to equalise.

The Gunners are expected to finish the season level with City on 83 points, but with a goal difference of 45 compared to 44 after the final day.
Such an outcome would happen if they win two and draw one of their last three games while City take maximum points from their remaining four.
Manchester United, Liverpool and Aston Villa are expected to take up the remaining Champions League spots.
And completing the list of Premier League sides competing in Europe are Brentford, Bournemouth and Everton, according to the supercomputer.
At the other end of the table, Tottenham are predicted to avoid relegation by three points, leaving West Ham in the drop zone.
