The Prince of Wales was seen chatting to Villa boss Unai Emery and England manager Thomas Tuchel ahead of the big game before taking his place in the stands.
He was spotted tensely watching the game as Villa tried to overcome their first leg deficit.
The Prince appeared to relax when Ollie Watkins levelled the tie in the first half.
But when Emi Buendia scored Villa’s second from the spot, the future King was filmed leaping from his chair and jubilantly pumping his fists in the air.
Manager Unai Emery will now be looking to add to his four Europa League titles when his side faces Freiburg in Istanbul on May 20.
