REAL Housewives of Cheshire star Rachel Lugo has revealed her bloodied and stitched face just a day after undergoing a facelift.
The ITV star, 51, told fans she’d booked in for the cosmetic work last month, after having all of her face filler dissolved.

She has now updated her TikTok contingent on her recovery after the extensive procedure, which also included a neck and brow lift.
Rachel, who joined the ITVBe series in 2017, was seen propped up in bed in her latest clip, with stitches around her eyebrows and temples.

She brushed her blonde hair back into an up do and wore a white shirt as she told fans: “It’s 27 hours since I came out of the operating theatre.
“Still haven’t had a single painkiller because I have not needed one, I’m not in pain at all.

“I’ve just done the hyperbaric chamber for an hour because my surgeon gave me the go ahead on that”.
She told how the “netting” around her surgery wounds would be removed tomorrow, but her “exceptionally neat” stitches would come out in seven days.
Rachel added: “I cannot believe how good I feel honestly.
“There’s not loads of swelling either, touch wood, fingers crossed, all is good”.
She added the caption: “End of day one after my preservation deep plane Face neck and brow lift”.
Fans were quick to respond to the update and one put: “You look so good already, so happy for you”.
Another wrote: “Can’t believe how little you are swollen and bruised! Looks so good x”
A third mused: ‘You didn’t need that you’re beautiful”.
Rachel’s spat with co-star Royston Blythe has recently taken centre stage on the show.

Though away from the drama, she has been keeping fans updated with her new look on social media.
Rachel made her surgery reveal in August and said: “I’m getting a facelift. So I have had my filler dissolved. I didn’t have a lot of filler in my face actually”.
She added: “When you have a face lift, if the quality of your skin is not good, then you’re going to look righter, but your skin is not going to look amazing.
“I have been working really hard on that. I know today you can’t tell that, but trust the process. It is going to be incredible.
“So that’s why and I have had comments from people saying ‘oh you look more natural, you look younger, more natural’.
“I’m not feeling it. I feel like my lips have shrivelled, so is my confidence.
“But that’s why and this is the first time I’m telling people”.
