Reform claims traveller communities are given a “free pass” to pitch up.
The changes would include new laws so cops can issue on-the-spot orders for unauthorised encampments to leave or face arrest.
Party Home Affairs spokesman Zia Yusuf has said equality laws need tightening.
Yusuf claims the new laws are needed to stop travellers appealing to a discrimination loophole.

He has also vowed to raise fly-tipping fines to £5,000 and tighten the Equality Act.
He said: “For too long law abiding citizens have suffered under two-tier policing as travellers build unauthorised encampments.
“And fly-tipping has been all but legalised.
“Reform will end this.
“With victims no longer needing to rely on councils to have unauthorised camps removed.
Police will attend, make arrests and seize vehicles.”
