“Your legacy and energy will live on forever brother.
“Shine bright on the other side and we will see you when we get there,” he penned.
Ryan and Jake shared a very close friendship.
Following the former Towie star’s death, Ryan shared emotional tribute online.
Within this, he revealed that they spoke almost daily and that Jake’s final text to him read: “I love you mate. More than you’ll ever know.”
Scott also shared photos from the unique memorial, which took place after a more traditional service.
There was an inflatable white floor at the memorial which was held in east London, with walls adorned with Jake’s artwork.
Jake’s brother Sonny Hall hosted an evening of art and fashion paying tribute to his life, which is what the Thomas Brothers attended.
Sonny hosted the memorial at his Unlocked Shoreditch events venue that brought together figures from across fashion, music, art and entertainment.
The memorial happened across the three floors of the East London venue where guests took in the curated experience.
It included a fashion installation, an art exhibition of Jake’s original paintings, live performances and a club night, which organisers described “as singular as the man it honoured.”
Separated into three sections, the fashion floor paid tribute to Jake’s 137 hoodie which was embroidered with the words, “Something happens every time I wear this.”
Then in the art gallery Jake’s bold artworks were on display for the first time, with the some of the works available to buy on the Choose Everything website.
The Choose Everything Foundation is a charitable organisation started in Jake’s memory and launched on Friday night.
The basement turned into “a proper club sendoff”, with DJ sets and live performances from his friends Maverick Sabre, Tom Grennan and The Kooks.
Jake rose to fame as a cast member on Towie in 2015 and after leaving the show opened the fashion brand Prévu, and he even landed a job dressing David Beckham.
In 2016 he began dating Real Housewives of Cheshire star Missé Beqiri and the pair welcomed daughter River the following year.
Missé was one of many celebrities to attend Jake’s funeral.
