A MOROCCAN migrant who broke into a woman’s flat and crept into bed with her in his underwear has been deported from Spain.
Beatriz Ferron, 62, was left screaming after waking up to find the semi-naked intruder – one of the estimated 72,000 migrants who swam into Ceuta in last month’s mass border breach – laying beside her on Friday morning.

The intruder was arrested on Friday and hauled to court on Saturday in Spain’s North African enclave.
He pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and was handed a 16-month prison sentence, which was immediately substituted for deportation and a five-year ban on entering Spain.

Court sources confirmed the individual, who has not been named, already had a deportation order and had been convicted of three sex assaults in Spain.
Full details of his previous crimes have not been made public.

But the earlier deportation order is said to have been issued by a court in the eastern Spanish city of Valencia.
Beatriz’s son Nacho, who blasted politicians for claiming Ceuta was back to normal following the border breach, revealed the court case outcome.
He said: “Public prosecutors were seeking a two-year prison sentence for this individual but after admitting his crime and accepting his punishment, it was reduced by a third.
“The end result was a sentence of 16 months in prison for breaking and entering.

“However he won’t go to prison in Spain. That punishment is replaced with his expulsion from the country, with a five-year ban on returning.
“He was also handed a three-year, four-month restraining order. The most serious thing is his criminal record.
“According to a police report he had a record for very serious crimes, sexual assault, rape, robbery and assault.
“And he already had a 10-year entry ban into Spain. Despite all that he’s committed another crime.
“And the judge has made it clear that with his previous and his repeat offending, there are no guarantees he won’t commit more crimes.
“Therefore the situation is very clear. If for whatever reason his deportation from Spain doesn’t go ahead he won’t be freed and he’ll have to serve his full prison time.”
Beatriz confirmed on Monday that the man had been deported and was now back in Morocco, and would have to serve his full prison sentence if he managed to sneak into Europe again and was caught by police.
She told a local TV station: “It was a nightmare. This man has jumped over the balcony, got into my bedroom and got into my bed.

“I thought it was my husband but when I turned over I’ve discovered a stranger in his underpants in my bed.
“I started shouting and my husband who was having breakfast before going to work and my son who fortunately was also with us came running in.
“I hadn’t seen the intruder come in because I had my back turned to him.
“He fled the same way he came in. Thanks God I wasn’t alone. Thankfully the police responded very quickly and were able to arrest this man.”
Nacho described it as a “true nightmare”.
He said: “This is not a feeling of insecurity. A stranger has entered my home and got into bed in his underpants next to my mum while she was sleeping. This is the reality.
“Today she’s been able to recount it. Who will be the next? How long will we have to put up with this? We have been abandoned and we need help.”
Police in Ceuta are steeling themselves for the “real danger” of a new mass border breach from Morocco on August 15.
Concern is rising following social media posts promoting a fresh push to get onto EU soil with slogans like ‘Our last chance’ and messages saying: “Everything will be seen that day.”
Another, calling for a WhatsApp group, says: “Our appointment is on 15/08/2026.”
Migrants desperate to try again to reach Europe are being encouraged in a screenshot picked up by local press to join the group by sending a private message using the word “Ceuta”.
The emergence of the messages, said to be written mainly in Darija which is the spoken Arabic dialect used in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, is raising alarm bells in Ceuta, which is still trying to pick up the pieces of the border breach.
The Civil Guard has reportedly admitted in an internal report the risk of a second mass attempt to reach EU soil is real.
It is prepared for the possibility organisers could bring it forward now the August 15 date is out in public.
Although most migrants who made it to Ceuta have returned to Morocco, officials admit 2,500 remain including some 1,000 children, although locals insist the figure is far higher.
Pictures have emerged of dozens of young men, families and children sleeping on the pavement on makeshift beds made out of cardboard boxes at an industrial estate.
Several girls who were among the wave of migrants and remained in Ceuta have reported being sexually assaulted after arriving and finding themselves sleeping rough.
Ceuta and Melilla, another Spanish territory 250 miles to the east along north Africa’s Mediterranean coast, constitute the EU’s only land borders with Africa.
Morocco does not officially recognise either as Spanish territories and often refers to them as occupied lands.
