A DEPRAVED couple allegedly sexually abused their four children in a “rolling dungeon” for six years.
Tamra Marshon Stewart, 37, and Keysha Monique Epps, 51, are accused of confining two girls and two boys in their semi-truck.

The alleged abuse – that continued over six years – was laid bare during a press conference held by Attorney General James Uthmeier.
He said: “These children were trapped in a rolling prison and abused by the adults who were supposed to protect them.”

“The evidence makes clear, the girls were sexually abused by Stewart,” Uthmeier added.
“The boys watched it, when they would confront Stewart or report it to Epps, they would be physically abused themselves and injured.

“They were malnourished, they were not frequently fed, they were not cleaned, they were not given showers.”
According to the investigation, the crimes took place from January 2020 through April 2026.
The sickos were the primary caregivers of the four children who lived with them in the sleeper cab of Epps’ truck as she ran routes from Atlanta to Miami.
The youngsters were required to share a bunk, were denied food, hygiene, schooling, and medical care.
At times, when the truck would pass by a station, Stewart and Epps would use the restroom and take a shower, but the children would be left under a lock inside, Uthmeier explained.
Two suffered untreated burns that left significant scarring. One child was also diagnosed with a sexually transmitted infection.
It is alleged that Epps knew of the abuse, failed to stop it and report it.
Meanwhile, Stewart admitted to three sexual batteries against one of the girls.
Asked how the kids are doing since Stewart and Epps’ arrests, Uthmeier said: “They are safe, I think they’ve got a long road to recovery.
“They are going to need a lot of help, a lot of therapy, lot of prayer.”
He explained that investigators had received a tip which had led them to make “observations” and intervene to get the victims to safety.
Stewart is charged with two counts of sexual battery by a person in familial or custodial authority, two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation of a child under 12, two counts of battery of a child by expelling certain fluids or materials, two counts of child neglect without great bodily harm, and two counts of child neglect causing permanent disfigurement.
Epps is charged with two counts of sexual battery by a person in familial or custodial authority, two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation of a child under 12, two counts of child neglect without great bodily harm, two counts of child neglect causing permanent disfigurement, and four counts of failure to report child abuse.
The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be filed.
