Fisler, from Washington Township, is accused of having a sexual relationship with a schoolboy while she worked at Orchard Valley Middle School.
The alleged victim, who is now an adult, told cops the relationship began when he was underage.
He reported the prolonged abuse to cops in January after attempting to break off contact with her.
Prosecutors claim the pair had multiple sexual encounters in 2021.

The alleged incidents are said to have taken place in Fisler’s classroom and inside her car.
Investigators said they uncovered thousands of inappropriate text messages exchanged between Fisler and the student.
For years, she sent creepy messages to him – reminiscing about their sexual encounters, making him describe sex he had with girls his own age and offering to buy him a sex toy, Finley alleged.
Prosecutors allege Fisler continued to exchange the sexually explicit text messages with the victim after he joined high school, according to NJ Advance media.

Cops seized around 7,500 pages of text messages as part of their investigation.
In the messages, the former student allegedly said the relationship had left him “mentally broken”.
When he attempted to break things off, she allegedly manipulated him to keep him in her clutches.
The court was also told that when the student told her of his struggles with mental health and with dating people his own age Fisler admitted to forcing him “to grow up abnormally quick.”
“I have to try really hard to rebuild the things you broke inside of me. You destroyed things inside of me. You stripped me of my innocence,” a recent text from the teenager said.
He later followed up with a text that read, “I don’t want you in my life anymore,” but she allegedly persisted.
Fisler’s lawyer, Rocco Cipparone, insists prosecutors do not have enough evidence to back up the claims.
He argued the messages highlighted by investigators had been cherry-picked and stripped of their wider context.
“The selective, salacious texts that were recited by the prosecution lack context,” Cipparone previously told the court.
The social studies teacher was arrested in March and initially charged with six counts of first-degree sexual assault of a minor, as well as child endangerment and official misconduct.
She appeared in court in April sobbing after she was refused bail.
The teacher began rocking back and forth as she was told that she posed a risk to the community.
Prosecutors later ramped up the case, adding fresh charges including pattern of official misconduct, manufacturing child sexual abuse material, possession of child sexual abuse material and distributing obscene material to a minor.
If found guilty, she could face up to 20 years behind bars for each first-degree offence.
