Tom Holland has confirmed that he and Zendaya are married, ending months of public speculation that had gripped Hollywood since early 2026.The confirmation itself was characteristically understated. Asked whether he had messaged his family about the wave of AI-generated wedding images that swept the internet earlier this year, Holland replied simply: “No, because they were all there.” He followed it with one final word on the subject. “That’s all you’ll get on that.”The confirmation followed months of speculation.Earlier this year, during a red-carpet appearance, Zendaya’s stylist Law Roach casually told reporters that the wedding had “already happened” and that “it’s very true”. The comment quickly ignited social media speculation. Within hours, AI-generated images of Zendaya in a wedding gown were circulating so convincingly that some people in her personal circle were reportedly fooled and upset at not having received an invitation.Zendaya later addressed the situation on Jimmy Kimmel Live. “I was just out and about and people were like, ‘Oh my God, your wedding photos are gorgeous’. And I was like, ‘Babe, they’re AI. They’re not real.’” She neither confirmed nor denied the marriage at the time, nor during the press tour for her film “The Drama” earlier this year. The couple, who met on the set of “Spider-Man” and got engaged in December 2024, have said nothing further about the wedding. They will next appear together in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day”, set for release in July, followed by Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey”.
